Who am I?

Hi there, my name is Jonathan Hendry and I'll be your guide on this tour. I grew up here in Paris, where my early passion for theatre and interest in the great characters of French literatures was soon echoed and amplified with the discovery of musical theatre and the West End's take on the stories I grew up with.

Being Franco-British and bilingual, I have always been fasinated by the bridges theatre can and has built between cultures. This was only reinforced by drama studies in the UK, after which I came back to Paris with a strong desire to share my love for both this city and its literary/theatrical heritage.
